I recently stayed at a hotel in the Sultanahmet area that was a great value for money. The hotel was comfortably located close to the market area, making it convenient for exploring. Despite being situated in a steep alley down a pretty steep hill, the hotel was in a good condition with basic amenities and a good heating system. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.
All was fine during my stay.
